When you create an account and accept our terms, you become a member of our community. During that time, you agree to follow our rules outlined in these terms so please read them carefully.

When you become a member, you get access to our product repository that must be used in accordance with the GPL license. Only real people, using their real details can join our community.

You must be 18 years old or be the age of majority in your country to use our service. Minor may only use the service under the supervision of an adult who will be responsible for all your activities.

5. Account Access and Password

Individual who created the GPL Empire account and whose payment method is charged (“Account Owner”) is fully responsible for updating and maintaining their account. 

6. Product Delivery

Once payment has been received, you can access your purchased products either on “Thank You” page or on your account page in the “Orders” section. This normally occurs instantly after the payment is completed. You will also receive an email from us with purchased product(s).

7. Product Support

The nature of WordPress themes and plugins means that items are provided “as is”, with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. We are unable to provide technical support for the downloads. Third-party products provided are supported by their authors and not by GPL Empire. Please review the support terms provided by the author of a product before purchasing it from us. Our support is limited to billing and/or technical inquiries regarding the gplempire.com website only.

8. Refunds

Single products are non-refundable. Monthly memberships and bundle products are refundable. For more details, visit our Refund Policy. 

9. Fair play and conduct

Being a member is benefit for those who follow our reasonable rules. We hope that you will stay with us for a long time. However, we may decide to suspend your account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably of course). Some of the reasons which may result in suspending your account are mentioned below: 

• If you branch any of our terms;
• if you act in a way that could cause us harm;
• Abusive behaviour toward our staff or other members;
• Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against us, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing our products;
• Promoting other competitor products, hacking, spamming or other illegal acts;
• Attempting to circumvent our fair use policy (see below).

If we decide to permanently suspend your GPL Empire account, no refund will be provided and you must not apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome. 

10. Fair Use Policy

We operate a fair use policy. GPL Empire was created for individuals and NOT for other “GPL” websites. This is expressly forbidden and will lead to immediate account suspension with no refunds provided. 

11. Product Price and Availability

We do not promise that any particular item will be available on our site forever. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item from our site at any time with or without notice. We also keep the right to add new items on the site with or without notice. Furthermore, we may change the price of any product at any time with or without notice.

We guarantee that any product purchased on this website is virus and malware free. However, we do not guarantee that the products purchased on this website will operate exactly as you wish. We also do not guarantee that products purchased on this website will operate the same after update is released comparing to older version as some features may be added or excluded. All digital products on this website are provided by third-party developers and we do not accept any liability for any damage to sites due to the use of the downloaded products.
